COVID travel passports

Overseas holidays are currently banned but there has been much in the news in the past few days about travel restrictions possibly being lifted from 17 May.

There have also been news reports about the possible development of an app, which could be used as a COVID passport for people who wish to holiday abroad.

The government is still in discussion about the best way to enable people to travel safely and nothing has yet been approved.

No information on this has been issued to the NHS or to GP practices.
