Change to medication collection at Little Downham

Posted on:

Message for St Mary’s Surgery patients living in Little Downham and surrounding area who collect their prescriptions from the village:

We are changing the way you can collect your medication from Little Downham.

From 15 July, it will no longer be delivered to the NISA shop. Instead the surgery has made a secure arrangement with ALS Autos at 23a Main Street. The red box will be located at the garage and you will be able to easily and safely pick up your medication from here as you did previously at the shop.

If this applies to you or your family, you will shortly receive a letter from the surgery confirming the change of pick up location. If this service is not convenient to you or if you have any questions, please do contact the dispensary on 01353 663434, selecting option 3 from the menu.

Your medication will still be delivered on a Thursday, but to the garage. Opening hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm and Saturdays, from 10am to 3pm.

While we get this change of pick-up venue up and running smoothly, we ask that you bring a form of ID with you when you collect your next medication. Going forward the surgery will ensure there is an ID card in your bag, which can be used for future prescription collections.
