Update on the building project

Dr Katrina Young and practice manager, Tony Davies, have visited no 37 St Mary’s Street to meet with site manager, Alan Brown, and to see how the building work is progressing.

Dr Young said: “As you can see the first stage of our building project is well underway. In only a matter of weeks, our builders have knocked down and cleared away most of the existing building. I’m standing in front of what was once our waiting room, with our old reception area clearly visible behind.

“Our builders are currently excavating and concreting in the foundations and pits for the two lifts which will be installed to enable access to the first and second floors. They are also working on the drainage before starting on the new brick work in mid-March.

“We will continue to keep you up-to-date on the exciting developments and building progress over the next few months.”
