Statement on the death of Queen Elizabeth II

A message from the partners and staff at St Mary’s Surgery:

“We offer our deepest condolences to the Royal Family on the death of Her Majesty the Queen.

At this sad time, we remember a Queen who dedicated her life to public service and care.

We saw this throughout the 70 years of her reign in her countless visits to and support of the NHS, its staff, and the enormous interest she took in all medical and health developments over so many years.

The Royal Family are in our thoughts at this time.”

Please note the surgery will be closed on Monday 19 September to mark the state funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
