Invitation to take part in research study

Research study on stomach bugs – Many of our patients will shortly receive a message via the NHS app inviting them to take part in a research study. Patients who don’t use the NHS app may receive a text message instead.

The Food Standards Agency, sponsors a study like this every 10 years, to better understand the transfer of stomach bugs and help improve food safety.

The message will contain a link giving more information on the study. If you receive an invitation, we thank you for considering taking part in this valuable research.
