Children’s Flu Vaccine

During September, providing we have consent to do so, we will be sending booking links via text message to the parent or guardian of children who are eligible for a flu vaccination.
We are only able to vaccinate children who are aged 2-3 years old on 31st August 2024 and those who are aged 6 months to 17 years with certain long-term health conditions. Please download and complete the consent form and bring it to the appointment.
