If you have received an appointment notification from us by text, you may cancel by replying to the message.
If you have already registered with SystmOnline or the NHS app, you can cancel your appointments through those channels.
Please note you cannot cancel an appointment using askmyGP.
You may wish to register for the online services St Mary’s Surgery provides for its patients. These services allow you to manage your appointments, request repeat prescriptions, change personal details and view your medical records without visiting the practice.
